Please present the confirmation email at the reception on the day of your visit.

[Regarding cancellations]
We will prepare all the art supplies and a seat for you on the day. There is no cancellation fee, but we will charge you the various expenses for the refund procedure. Please contact us 7 days before the event. Cancellations cannot be made after 7 days. (Date changes are possible)

• Children are also welcome to participate.
• It is also possible for two people to make one.
• Simple aprons are provided.
• All art supplies will be provided at the venue, so please come empty-handed.
• Please come at any time during the hours.
• In about 30 minutes, you will have completed your own original fan made from lotus leaves.
• Walk-in participation is possible only if there are seats available on the day
• If you show up on the day, you can pay by credit card or cash on the day.
